PROJECT INTRODUCTION
Human Cremation System Installation in Davao City
Living Roots Philippines completed the supply and installation of an LV HUM D100 Human Cremation System for Davao Memorial Park in Matina, Davao City.
The project provided the memorial park with a dedicated human cremation system supported by Living Roots from manufacturing through installation, commissioning, operator training and final turnover.
Turnover was completed in April 2026 at the Davao Memorial Park facility along Gen. Douglas MacArthur Highway in Matina.
THE PROJECT REQUIREMENT
Dedicated Cremation Infrastructure for Davao Memorial Park
The project required a complete human cremation system that could be integrated into Davao Memorial Park's facility in Davao City.
Living Roots handled the equipment scope as a project rather than a standalone machine delivery, coordinating the system from fabrication and transport through site installation and commissioning.
The implementation also included operator training so designated personnel could be oriented on system operation, routine inspection and basic equipment care before turnover.
THE EQUIPMENT
LV HUM D100 Human Cremation System
The installed equipment is the Living Roots LV HUM D100, a human cremation system manufactured in the Philippines and supported by the Living Roots technical team.
The system uses primary and secondary combustion chambers and is configured with refractory and insulation materials designed for the high-temperature operating environment of cremation equipment.
Living Roots' LV HUM D100 configuration incorporates German refractory materials and Japanese blowers and burners, with local manufacturing, installation and technical support in the Philippines.
MANUFACTURING AND DELIVERY
From Fabrication to Site Installation
Living Roots managed the manufacturing and delivery of the cremation system as part of the project scope.
Following fabrication, the equipment and required components were transported to Davao City for site installation. The technical team then proceeded with positioning, assembly and integration of the system at the memorial park facility.
INSTALLATION → COMMISSIONING → TRAINING
01 INSTALLATION
Delivery, positioning, assembly and installation of the LV HUM D100 at the designated crematorium area within Davao Memorial Park.
02 COMMISSIONING
Following installation, the system underwent inspection, operational testing and commissioning prior to project turnover.
03 OPERATOR TRAINING
Designated personnel received orientation and practical instruction covering system operation, proper equipment use, routine inspection and basic maintenance considerations.
PROJECT TURNOVER
Completed and Turned Over in April 2026
The Davao Memorial Park human cremation system project was turned over in April 2026 following installation, commissioning and operator training.
