Living Roots Philippines supplied and installed an Animal Mortality Thermal Treatment System for Cristal Livestock and Agricultural Products Trading, Inc., often referred to locally as Cristal Farm, in Purok 6, Banlasan, Trinidad, Bohol.
Cristal Farm operates a poultry facility built to house approximately 30,000 layer chickens. At this scale, animal mortality management is an operational requirement that needs a defined process and dedicated equipment.
Living Roots provided a 50 kg-capacity thermal treatment system configured for poultry mortality management. The project extended beyond equipment delivery to include fabrication, site delivery, installation, commissioning, operational testing and operator orientation.

THE CLIENT REQUIREMENT
A Dedicated On-Site System for Poultry Mortalities
Large poultry facilities require a practical and repeatable process for handling animal mortalities generated during normal farm operations.
For a facility designed to accommodate approximately 30,000 layers, Cristal Farm required a dedicated system that could allow its team to process poultry mortalities on site rather than depend entirely on external handling arrangements.
The system also needed to be appropriately sized for the facility's operating requirements, straightforward for designated personnel to operate and supported locally after installation.

The system was implemented as part of the facility's mortality-management workflow rather than as a standalone equipment delivery.
Living Roots coordinated delivery, positioning, installation and commissioning around the requirements of the agricultural facility. The objective was to turn over an operational system that designated farm personnel could incorporate into their routine mortality-management process.

Delivery, positioning and installation of the 50 kg-capacity thermal treatment system at the designated area within the Cristal Farm facility.

Following installation, the system underwent inspection, operational testing and commissioning prior to turnover for regular facility use.
03 OPERATOR TRAINING
Designated personnel received orientation and practical instruction covering system operation, proper equipment use, routine inspection and basic maintenance.
